To understand user needs, I conducted interviews with small business owners, logistics drivers, and individuals who frequently send packages. Common themes included the need for speed, transparency, and trust in the delivery process. These insights shaped key features like real-time tracking, simple booking flows, and clear status updates. I also reviewed competitor apps to identify UX gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
I started by mapping the delivery journey from both user and driver perspectives. Using insights from interviews and early testing, I designed wireframes that emphasized clarity and speed. High-fidelity screens were built in Figma, supported by a flexible design system to ensure consistency and easy updates across the app.
